Worst place to order flowers. Think twice before ordering from here. Had chosen the slot time from 3p-6p showed delivered at 6:42p then why have slot times? Called the customer service at 6:48p it will be delivered at 9pm so why does it give u a slot time? After reviewing the delivered status i decided to call again where it now said confirm for delivered. No flowers. Decide to talk to and customer service and wanted to delivered them again for tomorrow. Dont order from them not reliable👎👎

So one year later they charge me for an auto renewal that I can't cancel. It does not appear in my subscriptions in my account. So since I have free shipping for a year now I try to buy flowers to be delivered on mother's day only to be repeatedly denied. So unable to place an order at all I am changing my 3 stars to 1 star because they have made the app totally useless and will flat out steal your money. 100% DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND DISAPPOINT YOU.
